Information you provide

Checkout collects your name, email address, shipping address and any phone number you provide. Your order record includes the products selected, amount paid, payment status and subscription details.

Payment details are handled through Whop and its payment providers. If you contact support, your message and any information or photos you send are used to respond to your request.

How the information is used

Order information is used to process purchases, arrange delivery, manage recurring orders and answer product or billing questions. Relevant details are shared with the providers involved in those tasks, including Whop and delivery services.

Purchase and support records may also be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The store uses cookies needed to maintain checkout and retrieve your order confirmation. It also uses the Whop Pixel, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, product views, selections, checkout activity and confirmed purchases.

Meta receives browser identifiers and event information such as purchase value and currency. For purchase matching, email addresses and any supplied phone number are converted to hashed values before being sent. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Meta measurement respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals from your browser.

Measurement services may collect browser and device information, referral information and activity on the site through cookies or similar technology. Your browser settings let you manage cookies and site storage. Blocking them may affect checkout or other site features.

Access, corrections and privacy questions

For a privacy question about a Norliven purchase, email support@norliven.com. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information connected to your order. Some records may need to be retained for the purposes described above.

For information held in your Whop account, use the account controls or the account support option on Order help. Whop's own privacy notice applies to its account and payment services and is available within those services.
