Tracked delivery takes 5 to 7 days in plain, discreet packaging. Shipping is free on three and five pack bundles. The single pack shipping charge is shown at checkout. We deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Israel.
Check your delivery details
Enter the recipient's full name, street address, apartment or unit number if needed, city, state or province where applicable, and postal code. Check the email address too, so you can find the receipt and any updates about the purchase.
If something needs correcting after payment, email support@norliven.com as soon as possible. Include your order reference and the corrected details. An address change needs confirmation and may not be possible once the parcel is on its way.
Get a delivery update
Keep your receipt and any dispatch or tracking information sent with the order. For an update on shipping status, tracking or expected arrival, email support@norliven.com with your order reference.
Your receipt confirms the purchase. Delivery information is specific to your shipment.
Missing, damaged or incorrect delivery
Contact order support with your order reference and a description of the issue. For a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and include clear photos where possible.
If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, check the delivery address and any safe place or reception area first, then send the tracking details with your message.

Subscription deliveries
A subscription repeats your selected bundle at the interval shown at checkout and on your receipt. If your address changes, contact support before the next renewal so the delivery details can be reviewed.
